Land Brokers provides the expertise and tools for landowners interested in selling property.

What Land Brokers Will Do:

1. Price Your Property to Sell.

Before we list your property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), we work with you to make sure that the lot is priced competitively. Remember, the goal of this process is to sell your lot, so make sure the asking price is realistic.

2. Execute the listing agreement contract.

3. Prepare the MLS listing.

The MLS is the most comprehensive list of real estate for sale in the U.S. It is available to Realtors, and in most areas, prospective buyers can also search for properties using other website like Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com.

4. Market Your Property.

When listing property on the MLS, we advertise by putting up “for sale” signs, creating brochures, putting ads on social media, including your listing on our web site, and speaking directly with the primary buyers of vacant lands: builders and investors.

5. Know Your Property’s Selling Points.

We make sure to include basic information about the property, including the price, lot size, location, lot characteristics, availability of utilities, zoning, environmental restrictions, and of course the specific details that make the property special to potential buyers.

6. Perform Negotiations.

While we work with buyers (builders and investors), our obligation is to YOU to ensure your priorities and financial expectations are met.
