When listing property on the MLS, we advertise by putting up “for sale” signs, creating brochures, putting ads on social media, including your listing on our web site, and speaking directly with the primary buyers of vacant lands: builders and investors.
5. Know Your Property’s Selling Points.
We make sure to include basic information about the property, including the price, lot size, location, lot characteristics, availability of utilities, zoning, environmental restrictions, and of course the specific details that make the property special to potential buyers.
